Last night we had a cozy evening in the garden with the family. We lit the chimeanea and made churros. It was such a lovely way to spend an evening. This week, after re-designing this blog I feel back in love with food/lifestyle photography and blogging. I had fallen off the wagon. I think sometimes it’s nice to take a …
This cake has been on my to bake list for ages and I’ve never got round to doing it. The other day, I went back home to visit my mum and she said to me, “oh I’ve got some spare courgettes, do you want them?” So I said yes and decided that the best way to eat a vegetable is …
A week from my phone. This week we’ve spent a lot of evenings outside with the chimenea burning. It’s been really cosy and if you saw the post a few days ok you’ll know how addicted we’ve become to it. I feel like I need to settle down into blogging again. I feel like my photography isn’t as good as …

I’ve got lots of post ideas, now just to photograph them and post. I get my results from my second year at uni tomorrow. Booo. I’m happy not knowing. Keep your fingers …
It’s been a mad month. And after a lot of help, which we are really thankful for, the garden is now beautiful and ready for BBQ’s. Having a nice garden is so important to me and I love being able to sit outside on hot sunny day. I’m also hoping to get out this weekend to take some outfit pictures. …
Well Wimbledon is now over, we have a British winner and I have a crush on Andy Murray. Anyway it’s that wonderful time of year to indulge in the best British strawberries and lashings of cream. And what’s better than strawberries and cream, strawberries and cream in a cake. This recipe won’t let you down. Adapted from Good Food For …
There’s no better way to garnish your cocktail/mocktail than with a pretty fruity ensemble. I used some strawberries and cut up the lemons into chunky slices. I then put a cocktail stick in either end of the lemon and slid on the strawberry halves and there we go!
